About Netball!
NETBALL IS A GAME THAT REQUIRES GREAT MENTAL AND PHYSICAL STRENGTH WITHIN.
THOUGH IT ONLY CONSISTS OF 7 PLAYERS FROM EACH TEAM TO COMPETE, IT HELPS US TO EXERCISE MENTAL STRENGTH AND POWER,TEACHES US TO ENDURE CHALLENGES,TO BE RESILIENT AND TO ACCEPT FAILURE WITH GOOD SPORTMANSHIP SPIRIT.
The game is also able to inculcate a healthy competitive spirit, teamwork and understanding among the team members, making it a well-liked and favourable sport that everyone enjoys.
